Start from your centre's link
Each centre has its own entry link. When you open it, the app immediately knows which centre it is and shows you its name before going on. It is the simplest way: there is nothing to look up.
-
Sign in with your e-mail
You sign in with your e-mail: you receive a message and confirm. There is no password to remember. The same e-mail recognises you next time too, and on another device.
-
The first time: registration and profile
On your first visit the centre registers you and you are asked to complete your profile. If your record was already created by the centre, your details appear already filled in and you only need to check them. Until the profile is complete the app stays on that screen, but you are not trapped: from there you can go back to sign-in, sign out or switch account.
-
Required fields and tax code
The fields you must fill in are marked with an asterisk, and the legend at the top of the form says so. The tax code is mandatory only where your centre requires it: there you see it marked, otherwise it appears as optional.
-
If your tax code is already on file
It can happen that your code is already registered, for instance from a record the centre created earlier. The app tells you and offers to continue without the code: the centre will merge the two records after verifying. No one else's data is ever shown to you.
-
Privacy notice
Before using the app you open your centre's privacy notice and confirm that you have read it: with the version that separates the choices this is an acknowledgement, not consent. The confirmation is your own personal step: nobody can give it on your behalf, and every centre has its own. When the notice changes, the app shows it to you again. With earlier versions the same confirmation also included consent to the processing of health-related data, as then described; where the centre has enabled consents per purpose, consents are separate choices (entry «Privacy and consents»).
-
If more than one centre follows you
When your account is linked to several centres, the app lists them by name and asks you to choose before loading any data. The choice lasts for the session and you can change it from settings: appointments, plans, home tasks and documents are always those of the selected centre.
-
Appointments
In «Appointments» you see the scheduled ones; to request new ones use «Book», with the services and locations your centre makes available. For an individual appointment confirmation stays with the centre; for a seat in an open session see «Open group sessions».
-
Profile, documents and notifications
From your profile you update your details. In documents you find what the centre shares with you, according to what you are entitled to see. Notifications are enabled from the device and you can turn them off whenever you want.
-
Updating and reinstalling
The app updates itself. If something seems stuck on an old version, close it completely and reopen it. Reinstalling loses nothing: your data lives on the centre's server, not in the icon.
-
Contact Don't Care
If your centre uses it, from the app home you open in one tap «Contact Don't Care»: it is the door to the studio. Pick a reason - appointments, payments and invoices, information, a question for your professional, other - and how you prefer to be contacted: by phone, giving a day and a time range, or with a message in the app, in which case no time is needed. Write briefly and send. Right after, the app tells you within how long the front desk takes the request in charge, and in the same screen you follow its status: Received, Taken in charge, Handled, with the outcome if there is one. When the status changes you get a notification that carries no detail: those are read only by opening the app.
-
Conversations
If your centre uses it, the care space on the home screen shows «Conversations». It is your professional who opens a conversation, when something in your programme needs a closer look: you cannot start one, and that is not a technical limitation but how the programme works. Every message is personal and carries the name of whoever wrote it. Opening a thread you read every message in order of time and, while the reply window is open, you find the space to reply at the bottom: the screen tells you until when. After that period, or if the professional closes replies, the thread stays readable but the space to reply is gone; if they write to you again you will be able to reply once more. In the meantime, to put a request to the studio use «Contact Don't Care». Notifications tell you there is something to read and carry no text at all. This channel is not watched moment by moment and is not for urgent matters.

How did the training go?
If your centre uses it, after a completed training session the home screen and the Dossier show the question «How did the training go?». You have 48 hours to answer with a few scores (for tennis: technical, tactical, mental, tension, motivation, physical state and the coach's question) and, if you wish, a note on your physical state. The answers become part of your programme and are seen by the professional who follows you; the Progress view shows the radar areas and the average of your latest sessions; opening a series you can place a second comparable one on the same chart. You answer once per training session: if you make a mistake, tell your professional.
-
Open group sessions
If your centre offers them, choose «Open sessions» in «Book»: you find the group sessions of the next 30 days, by category, with day, time, duration and seats left; some also appear on the home screen, under «Book now». Tapping a session opens a summary with location, professional, price per person, payment on site and conditions. The seat is yours only when you press «Confirm booking», with no further confirmation from the centre; the booking then appears in «Appointments», under «Booked open sessions», and on the home screen when it is your next appointment. You need a connection: open sessions do not work offline.
-
Privacy and consents
Where the centre has enabled consents per purpose, after the acknowledgement the app asks you once for two optional choices, with nothing pre-selected: sharing among the centre's professionals of the content each of them produces, and health data (pain, effort, photos, assessments, messages) in services the centre does not qualify as a health service. You can decide later. In Settings → «Privacy and consents» you see your choices, change them and withdraw a consent with one tap; if you represent someone, you choose for them too. Refusing or withdrawing does not take away care or bookings, and withdrawing does not erase data: erasure is requested from the centre. If the centre suspends the collection of new consents, the card says so: you can still refuse and withdraw.
