Signing in
You enter with your centre account: you confirm your identity and the app opens the session. There is no invitation code to type: the centre grants access.
-
If you work for more than one centre
When your account is linked to several centres, the app lists them by name and asks you to choose before loading any data. You change the active centre from settings, without signing out.
-
Professional, Administrator, Front office
These are not the same role. A professional has their own agenda and their own clients. Whoever administers the centre governs configuration and people, but has no agenda of their own. What you see depends on the role you hold in THAT centre, not on the account in general.
-
“Choose a professional”
If you administer the centre without having a professional profile of your own, Schedule, Availability, Documents, Dossier and Plans first ask on whose behalf you want to work. You pick from the Access section and from then on you see their work. It is not an error: it is how the app says plainly whose data you are looking at.
-
Schedule
Two views, Month and Week: the Schedule opens on Month, where you tap a day to see its appointments; Week lists them day by day. The + button creates a new appointment; opening an individual appointment or a group lets you edit or cancel it. Open sessions appear here without these commands: see «Open sessions».
-
Availability
Here you declare when and where you are available. It is the basis on which the centre and clients can request appointments: keeping it current avoids most phone calls.
-
Documents
Documents follow your role IN the centre and each document's confidentiality level. If something does not appear it is not a fault: it is the rule that applies to you.
-
Dossier
The dossier gathers, client by client, what you need in order to follow them: details, history, notes, plans and measurements, with the path always visible so you know where you are. It always shows the SELECTED centre: if you work for several centres, changing centre changes what you see here.
-
Plans and home tasks
You fill in plans, publish them to the client and assign home tasks. What you publish is what the client sees in their app: until you publish, it stays yours.
-
Privacy and updates
The centre's privacy notice has to be opened and confirmed personally. For you the confirmation only records that you have read it: it is not consent and it is not the signature of a contract. When the notice changes, for example with the section on professionals' contracts, the app shows it to you again; if the app is not up to date and does not know the new wording, it first asks you to update it. App updates arrive on their own: now and then you are asked to close and reopen, and doing it once is enough.
-
Conversations with the client
If the centre uses it, each client's Dossier contains «Conversations». It is the channel you use to step in when the programme data shows something that deserves a question or a word. You open the thread: the client cannot start one. The same command, «Write to the client», also appears in Home tasks and in Trends, and takes the message to the same screen already linked to the data you started from - the programme, the week, an exercise or a recorded session. The message is personal and carries your signature: there are no automatic messages. From the moment you write, the client can reply in the same thread for a limited time set by the centre. You can close replies whenever you want: the client will keep reading the thread but will no longer be able to write. There is no command to reopen: you reopen simply by writing again, and the button says so before you tap it. This is not a real-time channel and must not be used for urgent matters.
-
Self-reports and alerts
If the centre uses them, each athlete's Dossier shows the self-reports filled in after training sessions (in the Sheets section) and, in Progress, the radar by area and the moving average by session. Inside a series you can add a second one to the same chart, chosen among the comparable ones, over the same period and with the same averaging window. The centre can set threshold rules from the Frontoffice: when a reported value crosses one you receive a generic notification and find it in two places: the list of ALL your alerts, which you open from the Dashboard or from the Dossier home and which shows how many you have not reviewed yet, and the «Alerts» section inside a single athlete's Dossier. In both you mark it as seen, and from every row you can open its source. It reaches you only if you are the professional of that training session or plan, only while you hold a title on the athlete and only if you have a device with notifications enabled: it is not an alarm system.
-
Holds
A hold reserves a room in your name without a client or a service, while an appointment is still to be confirmed. You create it from the Schedule with “New hold”. While it is open neither you, your colleagues nor clients from their app can book that room at that time; the centre's administration and front desk can do it only with an explicit confirmation that is recorded. It expires on its own when it ends. You only see and manage your own holds. Once the time is confirmed, open the hold and choose “Convert into appointment”: the appointment starts at the time of the hold, in its room, and lasts as long as the service you choose; the hold closes at the same moment. The note is optional: write in it only a minimal reference to recognise the request, for example a name, and never health or clinical data or other details about the person. Only administration, the front desk and you can see it, and it is deleted 12 months after the conversion, the cancellation or the end of the hold.
-
Open sessions
If your centre uses them, group sessions open for booking appear in your Schedule together with the other appointments, even when nobody has booked yet. You recognise them by the service as the title and the «Open for booking» badge: you see how many seats are booked out of the capacity and, opening the session, the participants. You do not manage them in the PWA Pro: creation, changes, bookings and cancellations stay with the front desk. If you are the session's professional, opening it you record each participant's attendance: «Present» from the start of the session, «Absent» from its end; «Not recorded» is the starting state and does not mean absent. A wrong choice can be corrected, and who recorded it and when is kept. Attendance needs a connection. To see recent bookings and cancellations, refresh the schedule: if the refresh fails, the app does not present seats and participants as current.

Clients' consents
Where the centre has enabled consents per purpose, in the Dossier you see content produced by other professionals only if the client has consented to sharing among professionals or has granted you a specific share; without it, you see what you produce and what the client records for you. In a service the centre does not qualify as a health service, health data are recorded only with the client's consent: otherwise the app does not save them and says so, and after a withdrawal they are no longer shown. If you see the person both for health services and for non-health services, the context decides: what you record on the health appointment is care; notes, drafts, reminders and conversations without an appointment, and documents you upload or share for them, need their consent. Without that consent, earlier content and documents you receive remain readable only when linked to a health service. The health services you provide with the qualification recorded by the centre do not depend on these consents, and they can only be booked with a qualified professional.
